This notice explains how Mosaic Minds handles information submitted through the Book a Session and event registration forms, along with optional website analytics.

Information We Collect

The intake form collects contact details, basic personal information, therapy preferences, availability, how you heard about Mosaic Minds, and the reason you are seeking therapy. This information is used only to review your request, contact you, and arrange appropriate therapy services.

Storage and Access

Intake submissions are stored in a restricted Firebase Firestore collection. They are not displayed publicly and can be accessed only through authorised Mosaic Minds owner accounts. Reminder emails contain no clinical details and direct the owner to review the request in the protected dashboard.

Analytics and Cookie Preferences

The website uses local storage to remember your cookie preference. Firebase Analytics is optional and is enabled only after you choose Allow analytics. Analytics may collect general usage information such as page visits and interactions; it is not used to store the information entered in therapy or event registration forms.

You can withdraw or change your analytics choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer.

Retention and Your Choices

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, provide services, and meet applicable professional or legal obligations. You may contact Mosaic Minds to ask about your information or request correction or deletion, subject to any applicable record-keeping requirements.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Mosaic Minds uses access controls and limited data access to reduce risk and does not sell intake information.
